Hiking Tip: How to Reduce the Pain

Hiking can cause a LOT of muscle soreness. My secret? I bring 6 Advil with me, and take the first BEFORE the trip. Then I take one every two hours. Minimizes the pain greatly, and that way, when you’re back at your car, the ride home isn’t terrible. The key is to keep the inflammation minimal and under constant attack.

 

1 Advil before. 1 Every two hours. Helps!
